office, STEPHEN H. SHUB, has more than 40 years experience supervising
the processing of more than 60,000 residential real estate transactions
in the Greater Toronto Area since 1974. Our staff offers communication
in the languages of Cantonese, Mandarin, Farsi, Russian, Tamil, Vietnamese,
Maltese, Hebrew and English. LIVE PERSONAL telephone service is typically available
to 11pm 7 days per week! We have NO VOICE MAILS, NO answering machines, NO answering services (simply live personal service to all clients to 11 pm 7 days since this reflects our unmatched personal service commitment to you).
Our INCREDIBLE OFFICE
HOURS mean there is no need for a client to take time off work when
signing closing documents. Our office LOCATIONS are all wheelchair accessible
and all (except for the Etobicoke office at Islington & Bloor, the downtown Toronto office at Yonge & King, and the Yonge & Sheppard office) have abundant FREE SURFACE PARKING. Our head office is centrally located on
the East side of Yonge Street, just one block north of the Finch subway

There is never a fee to prepare a POWER
OF ATTORNEY in our law offices when it is needed for a real estate listing,
purchase agreement, mortgage, or for a closing and it can be prepared
immediately and faxed anywhere world-wide at no cost to our clients or

we shall only be obligated to fees quoted in writing through this website
or by fax or in person in order to avoid any possible misunderstandings
that might arise through a telephone conversation. There is also no
cost to personally meet with a lawyer in this office for a written
